Travis $cott UTOPIA Tour: Seoul, Korea(Goyang Stadium)
Hello everyone,
This is the owner of Playground Brewery Tap House in Goyang, Korea.
In just three days, Travis Scott—the hip-hop powerhouse known for his explosive performances and massive influence in the fashion world—will finally perform in Korea!
He’s widely known as a game changer in the hip-hop scene, a controversial innovator who expanded the boundaries of the genre with his unique psychedelic sound and overwhelming stage presence.
My two sons absolutely love him. They’re always begging me to buy his sneakers—but they’re just too rare (and too expensive!) for a regular dad to handle.
At home, hip-hop is always playing from the LP player. My boys are huge Kanye fans, so naturally they started asking about Travis, Kanye’s famous protรฉgรฉ.
“Dad, Travis Scott is one of the most influential artists in modern hip-hop. His psychedelic sound, singing-style rap with autotune, and wild stage energy changed everything. But I’m so mad I can’t go—his concert is rated 19+!”
“His music perfectly mixes innovation and popularity. My favorites are Fe!n, Antidote, and Highest in the Room. His rap may not be as technical as JID or Denzel Curry, but his melodic flow makes it so easy to listen to—like a young Kanye.”
Then he put Travis’s album on the LP player.
He told me that Travis’s shows are on another level—intense, chaotic, legendary.
Of course, I had to look it up. His concerts are famous for their raw, high-energy atmosphere—but they’ve also had safety issues in the past, like the 2021 Astroworld Festival tragedy. Thankfully, safety measures have been massively improved since then, and fans now say the shows are just pure greatness.
This time, Travis has brought that perfected energy to Korea. Strangely, tickets haven’t sold out—mostly because the show is rated 19+, even though most of his fans here are underage. If they had lowered it to 15+, it would’ve sold out instantly.
Among Korea’s MZ generation, Travis’s shows are considered the ultimate experience.
⚡️Concert Tips at Goyang Stadium
Travis is called the King of the Mosh Pit. Expect intense “moshing”—people bumping and jumping wildly.
If you wear Travis Scott sneakers, prepare for them to get destroyed.
You’ll also burn a ton of energy, so eat well before the show and use the restroom early.
And one weird thing: there’s no alcohol sold inside the concert venue.
Even baseball stadiums sell beer—so why not concerts?!
That’s why I recommend dropping by Playground Brewery Tap House before the show.
Have just a light buzz before you head in—it’ll make the experience even better. ๐๐บ
๐ How to Get There & Parking Strategy
If you’re going to Goyang Sports Complex (Indoor Arena):
By public transport:
Take the GTX-A to Kintex Station, then hop on a local bus (about 15 minutes).
Most shuttle buses run directly from Kintex Station on concert day—check ahead!
By car:
This is important.
After the show, expect to spend up to 2 hours getting out of the parking lot.
We strongly recommend parking at One Mount instead and walking (about 25 minutes).
You can also eat at our tap house before the concert—it’s the perfect pre-show stop.
Parking at One Mount is easy, safe, and convenient.
Fans who came for Coldplay and Oasis concerts before all said it worked perfectly.
Inside Goyang Stadium, there’s no beer—so come enjoy the best craft beer in Goyang before heading over!
Just put “One Mount” in your GPS.
We also have EV chargers on Basement Level 2.
If you tell us you’re attending the concert, you’ll get 5 hours of free parking.
Extra hours cost just ₩1,000 per hour.
After the show, you can exit smoothly toward Janghang IC without hitting traffic.
