Detox Burrito: One-Month, 30-a-Day Special

From October 11 to November 10 (KST), Playground Brewery Taphouse is serving a limited Detox Burrito—only 30 per day. It’s our post-holiday reset: light on calories, big on flavor, and easy to enjoy after a run around Ilsan Lake Park or a day at One Mount/KINTEX.

What is it?


A low-calorie, high-protein burrito designed to help you feel good without giving up taste.

Nutrition (per burrito):

  • Calories: 490 kcal

  • Protein: 30 g

  • Carbs: 44 g

  • Sugars: 5.5 g

  • Fiber: 3.8 g

  • Fat: 19 g (made with premium extra-virgin olive oil)

    • Saturated fat: under 2.8 g

Why it still tastes amazing

We’re a brewery that takes flavor seriously—even in lighter dishes. The Detox Burrito is built to be craveable, not just “healthy.”

Build & key flavors

  • Base (rice substitute): chicken breast, egg whites, tofu

  • Fullness boost: shirataki (konjac) noodles for satisfying volume

  • Signature taste: black beans, fresh lime juice, sweet corn

  • House salsa: fresh tomatoes, bell peppers, red onion—finished with extra-virgin olive oil for a clean, addictive snap

Make it yours (optional add-ons)

  • VEGAN chipotle mayo on the side

  • Guacamole add-on

  • Extra chicken breast to take it to ~50 g protein (still around ~620 kcal total)

  • KRW 10,000 (special price) — normally KRW 13,000, offered as a thank-you to our guests

  • Only 30 burritos per day (first-come, first-served)

Why just one month?

Healthy, lower-calorie options are rare around One Mount. We’re running this as a focused, high-quality special so it doesn’t disrupt the rest of our menu—and so you can try a consistent, daily “detox” for a month if you want.
